Manufacturing Process
Made from quality Sycamore hardwood, the slats of each fence panel are individually cut out and carefully sanded to remove any sharp or rough edges. The 15mm thick slats are then pre-drilled before being secured on to 32mm thick batons, using rust proof screws for maximum strength. Wooden plugs are then fitted into each recess and sanded level to give a neat and professional finish.
All our fence posts are fitted with finishing caps and slotted to facilitate easy fence erection. The panels are simply located into the slots then secured through with a screw to give a neat and professional finish.
